What is the process for OB Registration?When should I complete my registration?We strongly recommend that you pre-register by your fourth month of pregnancy so that all paperwork is completed well in advance of your delivery. Will I receive a confirmation?When you attend the Great Expectations maternity orientation class you will receive confirmation that your pre-registration is complete. REGISTER NOW >> What happens when I arrive at the hospital?If you receive a registration confirmation, we have all we need to admit you as a patient. When you arrive at ST. FRANCIS eastside for delivery, you will only need to provide a photo ID, your insurance card and any additional forms your physician has asked you to bring with you. How do I obtain a copy of Patient Rights information and other policies?A copy of all of these forms are included in the take-home packet that you will receive from your OB-GYN's office.
