How do I submit all of my paperwork?The Pre-Admission Form is automatically submitted to OB Registration when you complete it online. The forms that must be signed and completed in your Registration Packet can be submitted in two ways:
When should I complete my registration?We strongly recommend that you pre-register by your fourth month of pregnancy so that all paperwork is completed well in advance of your delivery. Will I receive a confirmation?After you have returned the required documents, you will receive a registration confirmation in the mail. Confirmations are usually sent within two weeks of the receipt of the signed forms. If any information is missing from your forms, we will call you at the number you provided on the OB registration form. How do I register for classes?Browse our complete list of classes for what St. Francis has to offer. Then, click on the Class Calendar for dates, times and registration information. REGISTER NOW >> What happens when I arrive at the hospital?If you receive a registration confirmation, we have all we need to admit you as a patient. When you arrive at ST. FRANCIS eastside for delivery, you will only need to provide a photo ID, your insurance card and any additional forms your physician has asked you to bring with you.
